The Floating Flame Guarantee
We understand when you purchase a Floating Flame that you're trusting us with your hard-earned dollars. It's a big purchase and we're sure your expectations are high. With that said, if for any reason you are not completely in love with your new Floating Flame please reach out and we will do everything in our power to make you fall in love again!
Our 1 Year Warranty

Floating Flame warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Floating Flame agrees, at its discretion during the warranty period, to repair a defect in material or workmanship with a replacement part. If that cannot be done, a full replacement will be sent.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include:
-Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
-Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
-Normal wear and tear

Damage to product during shipping
Let us know along with some pictures of the damage and we’ll send a replacement unit
No longer wanted
If within 30days
You can ship the unit back to us at your cost and we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. The unit will need to be unused. We can not accept used items due to safety regulations. (We require proof of it being unused. We'll send instructions for proof that it was unused)
If outside of 30days
Unfortunately this is outside of the return window
*Check your local jurisdictions if there are any restrictions against the use of propane fire pits. We are unable to accept returns due to conflicts in local jurisdictions.
